2010 is here and going and I have set my 10 goals for this new year. I turn 30 this year so some goals I’ve talked about for awhile, I’m a little extra motivated to make happen this year. Here’s my list of 2010 potential achievements.
Get rid of negativity – spend less time around negative influences in my life. Sorry family, you’ll see less of me in 2010. I’m just tired to being dragged down in the negativity of others. Life’s too short to waste time on the negative.
Attend an event at the new Cowboys Stadium – This stadium’s big screen fascinates me. It’s so huge I must see it in person. I’m not a Cowboys fan so I don’t care to go see them play but I’m hoping to maybe catch a college game there.
“Date” 10 different girls - since 10 will be a common theme for this year, why not set a goal of 10 girls. I’m hoping to hit this mark fairly easy but we’ll just have to see how it goes. I delete a bunch of numbers in my phone on New Year’s Day so it’s time to restock. I’ve got some different strategies I’ll be revealing so stay tuned guys.
Get in better shape – I’ve got to start by cutting out soda and simply exercise more. So I’m going to make it a priority in my day. I’m targetting the gym five times a week.
Get Invited to a party at the Playboy Mansion – It’s been a goal for years now but since I’ve gotten a gig here in the media writing for Macho Rhino, I’m hoping it’ll raise my status to the point I’ll get added to the guest list. I’m sure it’s my destiny to meet my future wife there as well.
Attend a UFC event – I’ve wanted to do this for years now but never have. I’ve been to a local MMA event but never the actual UFC so I’m gonna go check it out.
Go to a bowl game – After this bowl season, I really would like to go experience a bowl game in person. I’m not sure which one and luckily I’ve got months to wait until they’re announced so this will probably be the last one to get crossed off of the list.
Take 2 road trips – I want to take at least two road trips this year. One I think should just be spontaneous so it’ll be something to a border state I’m thinking. The other could be big and cover multiple states. I’m thinking Vegas.
Make at least 4 new friends – I always look to add good, solid people to my life so hopefully that can continue this year. I believe you can never know too many people or have too many friends.
Have a huge celebration for my 30th birthday – I turn 30 this year so I want to celebrate the end of my 20′s. I’m sure it’ll be an opulent, macho fiesta. I guess I better get to planning it.
So I’m out to be ambitious in 2010. I’ve got realistic goals and hope I have them all achieved by December 31, 2010. I’m going to keep you updated on my progress along with how I’m going about achieving them.
